I have a female Quaker parrot that thinks I am her mate. She already recieved a Lupron shot.?

Question by Kelly H: I have a female Quaker parrot that thinks I am her mate. She already recieved a Lupron shot.?
The shot did not do any good for her. I have limited the amount of light she is getting and I have tried to resist contact with her. It is hard not to pay attention to someone you love so much when she is staring at me through the cage. It makes me feel bad, because the more I touch and talk to her the more wacky her hormones get. Please give me some advice,

If she thinks you are her mate, get a male parrot she will get over you pretty quickly

Can you mate green and blue Quaker parrots/monk parakeets?

what would make a good cage mate for a quaker parrot?

he/she is territorial about its snuggle hut but otherwise is a good bird, the dimensions of the cage are NOT big enough for another one of her kind, something smaller. plz help.
i have a M01 vision cage with 3 perches and 1 med. sized snuggle hut.
